Simone A Clarke is a certified public accountant and the Managing Member of Clarke CPA's and Advisors LLC. With a wealth of professional accountancy experience, Simone specializes in Audit, Tax, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls, and has worked with both public and private accounting sectors.

Prior to establishing her firm, Simone served as Assistant Vice President of Financial Accounting and Reporting for a Fortune 500 Company. Simone obtained a dual degree in Accountancy and Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and National Association of Tax Professionals.

Simone's experience covers a diverse range of industries, including construction, accommodation, food services, education, health services, manufacturing, and distribution. However, her area of specialization is real estate. She has managed a real estate investment trust valued at $4 billion, where she handled financial reporting, cyclical reporting, and tax reporting.

In January of 2018, Simone established Clarke CPA's and Advisors LLC, a tax firm located in the picturesque neighborhood of Chastain Oaks near Buckhead. The firm offers services such as tax preparation, financial reporting, strategic consulting, and personalized guidance to clients across all states in the United States of America.

Ashmeen Womack

I am an accountant that enjoys problem solving and loves challenges. I choose accountancy as my career path because accountants are trustworthy, honest, responsible individuals, which are all qualities that I see within myself. I am currently working towards earning my masters and CPA license.

I am the oldest of seven children, so I consider myself a natural born leader. Setting a good example for my siblings to follow is what motivates me to do my best in my career and life. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, painting, creating things, and traveling.

Candice Wells

I am the mom of two amazing sons who are my world. My oldest is now a senior in college and my youngest just started his journey in middle school. I enjoy spending time with family & friends, having fun at the beach and traveling.

I always knew I wanted my professional work to be in the accounting field. I have been in accounting since the early 2000's and have been loving every minute of it. Accounting is such a broad and interesting field, and it is an essential part of everyone’s personal life and especially so for those business owners. I am grateful to be a small part of that. There's a saying that states "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life" and I agree!
