Simone A. Clarke, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), serves as the Managing Member of Clarke CPA and Advisors bringing a wealth of experience from roles such as Audit Manager and Assistant Vice President of Financial Accounting and Reporting at a Fortune 500 Company. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2012. Notably, Simone managed a $4 billion real estate investment trust overseeing financials and tax reporting.

Simone stays current in her field with annual tax refresher courses, including the latest for 2024. Her influence extends beyond her practice; she was a guest speaker on the disruptor summit panel at the Black Enterprise Summit in 2023 and a guest on the financial series segment on Impact Network. Committed to professional development, Simone graduated from Georgia State University in 2007 with dual degrees in Accountancy and Managerial Sciences. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Black Accountants.

Currently, CCA is a successful firm serving over 200 active clients per tax season and is growing. The boutique firm offers a variety of services, from tax & estate planning, business consultations services, as well as traditional tax filing services for individuals and businesses.
